TOUR SUMMARY

Far from the crowded boulevards of the centre of Paris, the Montmartre neighbourhood is nicknamed "the village" by Parisians. With its exquisite squares, pretty churches and idyllic, winding streets, it’s easy to see why artists fell in love with this neighbourhood and chose it as their hangout from the late 1800s onward. Your guide will take you to the Parisian abodes of Van Gogh and Picasso, share stories of Toulouse Lautrec’s favourite cabaret dancer and the sad love life of a very famous French singer.

Escape the selfie-sticks in the secret passages and gardens and discover one of the most romantic areas in Paris, which is particularly cherished by contemporary street artists. The stunning panoramic views and the beautiful Sacré-Cœur Basilica will make you forget all about the hill you just had to climb!
