These terms and conditions contain legal obligations and we encourage you to read through them carefully. Unless stated otherwise, any purchases made through parisurbandelights.com, our distributors, and our affiliates are subject to these terms and conditions.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations made by the traveller of a service booked with Paris Urban Delights. Unless otherwise specified in the tour description or by email, the cancellation policy is as follows:

A. Cancellations for set tours:
1) Cancellations for set tours made more than one (1) week prior to the tour departure receive a full refund.
2) Cancellations for set tours made between 48 hours and one (1) week prior to the tour departure receive a 75% refund.
3) Cancellations for set tours made 48 hours or less prior to the tour departure require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

B. Cancellations for custom itineraries - "Design your tour":
1) Cancellations for custom itineraries ("Design your tour") made 7 days or more prior to the tour departure will receive a 75% refund.
2) Cancellations for custom itineraries ("Design your tour") made less than 7 days prior to the tour departure require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

Please keep in mind that:

Guests who arrive at the meeting point of the tour more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as no-show and won't be eligible to a refund.
Our tours run rain or shine.
